Refund & Rescheduling Policy
This policy applies to workshop seats, private coaching, and site readiness visits booked with Tool Cedarline Mining Academy. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for confirmed bookings. Informational website browsing does not create a charge. Enquiry holds that never receive payment are cancelled without refund processing.
Timeframe
Cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the workshop start time for a full refund of tuition paid. Cancellations between 6 days and 48 hours before start receive a 50% refund. Inside 48 hours, fees are non-refundable except where we cancel the session.
Deposits
Some cohorts require a deposit to hold a seat. Deposits are credited toward tuition. Deposits become non-refundable inside the 48-hour window unless we cancel or move the date.
Rescheduling
You may move once to another published date of the same workshop at no charge if you notify us at least 5 days before start and seats remain. Later reschedules may forfeit the deposit.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. Materials prepared for your seat are not transferable after the session begins.
Work already started
For site readiness visits, if the assessor has begun travel or on-site work, fees for time already spent are non-refundable; unused prepaid hours may be credited toward a follow-up within 60 days.
Purchased materials
Printed checklist packs included in tuition are not separately refundable once distributed. Personal protective equipment you purchase elsewhere is outside this policy.
Academy cancellations
If we cancel a cohort due to instructor illness, facility issues, or unsafe weather for outdoor exhaust demos, you may choose a full refund or a free move to a later date.
Refund process & method
Email info@toolcedarline.click with your booking name, date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfer refunds inside Thailand typically clear faster once approved.
